Funky Yoga

A hatha-inspired style that increases all aspects of fitness — flexibility, strength, stamina, speed, and balance — through asymmetrical yoga poses where one side of the body does something different from the other. This can feel a little “funky,” hence the name. It is suitable for any level, though it is the most physically and energetically demanding class offered. Modifications are always available, and options to go deeper are offered for those who want more challenge.
Structure: Centering → Mobility → Breathwork (bandhas) → Vinyasa warm-up (×2) → Main poses → Savasana
